Chris Schoen is going into the studio this winter to record a new batch of songs from the Baudelaire in a Box project.

We will performing Sunday June 19th at the Brooklyn Bridge Park. We’ll do The Favors of the Moon (pic in the post below) and Chris and Batty will be trading off doing some of the wine songs in Spanish and English.
Then at HERE we will The Giantess as a part of the late night cabaret on Friday June 24th. Saturday the 25th at 7pm we premiere Le Voyage with Amy Warren joining Chris on vocals. Sunday the 26th we do The Favors of the Moon as a part of the kids’ matinee at 2pm.

Les Bienfaits du la Lune

Here we are performing Los Beneficios de la Luna in Rio Piedras. I’m joined by Arlemar on the ukulele and Dmitry on the trumpet. This poem is one of the prose poems from Spleen, so technically not even a part of BiaB. Think of the spleen as an appendix.

We will be performing three new poems at the Festival Vitititiri in San Juan and Guanica the weekend of January 26th. Chris Schoen is singing in English and Eden Cruz in Spanish the poems La Muse Malade, La Géante and Hymne á la Beauté.
